Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at BlackByte Games. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about our notice, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at sridogames@gmail.com.
When you visit our mobile application, and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Apps and our services.
Please read this privacy notice carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.
BlackByte Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) makes mobile games. This policy explains what our games collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to all of our games on the App Store and Google Play.
If you have any questions, email us at sridogames@gmail.com.
All of our games need an internet connection to run, because they show advertisements. This is true even in games you play on your own against the computer.
Some of our games have multiplayer. Playing against other people requires you to sign in, and signing in is what creates an account. Games without multiplayer never ask you to sign in and never create an account for you.
In every game
Advertising and analytics data, collected by our partners. Section 5 lists who they are and what they use it for.
No account is involved, and nothing in this list identifies you by name.
In games with multiplayer, once you sign in
An account identifier. Created automatically if you choose to play as a Guest, or from Sign in with Apple or Google if you sign in with one of those.
Your display name and profile picture, if you signed in with Apple or Google. Other players see your display name when you play against them or add each other as friends.
Your game progress — in-game currency, ratings, unlocked and equipped items, daily rewards and streaks — so it survives reinstalling the game or moving to a new device.
Your match history, including results and the display names of the players you played against.
Your friends — your friend code, your friends list, and when you were last online, so friends can see whether you are available to play.
What you own, if you buy something, so it can be restored on a new device.
If you never sign in, none of the above exists and your progress stays on your device.
We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, ever.
We do not run our own servers or databases. Where a game needs to store your account and progress, that is done for us by Unity Gaming Services, a service provider acting on our instructions.
Your email address never leaves your device. When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may give us an email address so the game can show you which account you are signed in to. It stays on your device. We do not upload it, and we do not give it to anyone. Apple may also give you a private relay address instead of your real one, which is entirely your choice.
We never see your payment details. Apple and Google process every purchase.
We do not access your contacts, your location, your camera, your microphone or your photos.
Our games have no free-text chat. Players cannot send each other typed messages. Where in-game communication exists, it is a fixed set of pre-written messages chosen by us.
Our games show advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Some of our games also offer ads you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward — those are always optional.
Advertisements may use your device’s advertising identifier.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we show you Google’s consent form before any advertisement loads. Your answer there also governs analytics: if you decline, we collect neither.
If you are on an iPhone or iPad, we ask separately, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, before any tracking happens. If you decline you will still see advertisements — they will simply be less relevant to you. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
These companies act as independent data controllers. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with the data they collect.
Google AdMob — serves the advertisements in our games.

GameAnalytics — tells us how our games are played so we can improve them, and collects crash and error reports so we can fix what breaks.

Unity Gaming Services — stores accounts and game progress, and runs multiplayer, in the games that have it.

Google Play — signs you in on Android.

Apple — Sign in with Apple, and processing purchases.

In a game where you have signed in, you can delete your account from inside the game at any time. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
This permanently removes your account identifier, your saved progress, your currency balances, your friends list and your match history. It cannot be undone, and in-game currency and purchases cannot be restored afterwards.
If you would rather we did it, email sridogames@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
If you have never signed in, there is no account to delete — uninstalling the game removes everything.
Deleting your account with us does not delete data held independently by the partners in section 5. Use the links there to contact them.
We keep your account and its data for as long as your account exists. If you delete it, we remove it as described above.
Our games carry different content ratings, and some are rated as suitable for all ages. A content rating describes the content of a game, not who it is made for. None of our games is directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under [13 — or 16 in the EEA and the UK].
If you believe a child has given us their information, email sridogames@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent.
Email sridogames@gmail.com to exercise any of these.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.
No uniform standard for Do-Not-Track browser signals has been agreed, so we do not currently respond to them. The controls described in section 4 are the ones that work today.
We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top changes, and we will announce material changes in the game or by a notice on this page.
