Sponsorship Information

Advertise your business to the entire St. Robert’s Parish, School, neighbors, friends and families. Generate new customers by introducing your business.

There are 4 options of sponsorship:

  • Diamond: $5,000 - THE GREATEST SHOWMAN SPONSOR - Exclusive placement of business name and logo on the Festival stage, plus platinum sponsorship display locations. This level is SOLD OUT!

  • Platinum ($1000) FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE SPONSOR - Your family or business name/logo displayed in high-traffic festival locations including, main entrance, church bulletin, school-wide family weekly newsletter leading up to the festival, and a verbal shout out at the Friday night opening ceremony!

  • Gold ($500) FOOD & BEVERAGE SPONSOR - Your family or business name will be displayed on one of our food booths and at the main entrance (with logo if applicable. This level is SOLD OUT!

  • Silver ($250) GAME BOOTH SPONSOR AREA - Your family or business name will be displayed on one of our game booths.

We welcome all types of donations from merchandise, experiences, gift certificates, or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from your business as raffle prizes, festival bar drinks, and prizes throughout the weekend.

SHOW YOUR SCHOOL SPIRIT AT THE 2022 SR SCHOOL FESTIVAL: This year, any family who sponsors our festival will have their name prominently displayed on a booth or ride!

  • For $250, your family’s name will be prominently displayed as a festival sponsor on one of the game booths!

  • For $500, your name (or a business logo) could appear on the frequented BBQ booth, for example, AND at the Festival entrance/parking lot!

Be among the first and only 17 families to secure the $250 sponsorship, and the first and only 6 to secure the $500 sponsorship! There is also a $1,000 sponsorship that could earn you a logo in the bar area!
