SRay Connect ("the App") is operated by SRay. This Privacy Policy explains 

how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Account Information

   - Email address and password used during login

   - User role (User, Admin, Super Admin)

b) Device Information

   - Unique device ID generated on first login

   - Device name and model

   - This is used to enforce single-device login security

c) Location Data

   - Approximate or precise location may be accessed

   - This is required by the Android operating system to scan for 

     Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices nearby

   - Your location is NOT stored on our servers or shared with anyone

d) Usage Data

   - App activity logs recording configuration actions

   - These logs are used for accountability and audit purposes within

     your organisation

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

   - To authenticate your identity and manage your account

   - To enforce single-device login for security

   - To enable Bluetooth device discovery and configuration

   - To maintain an audit trail of device configuration changes

4. DATA SHARING

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with any 

third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorised administrators 

within your organisation.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

   - All data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure

   - Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS

   - Sensitive local data is encrypted using AES encryption

6. DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may 

request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the 

email address below.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. 

We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will 

be posted within the App or on this page with an updated date.
