[Squash Rewards] is provided free of charge by [SQUTECH] and is intended for use as is. [Squash Rewards] is an ad-supported application and by using the application, you are deemed to have accepted the confidentiality agreement of us and the third-party services we cooperate with, detailed below.
After this part of the agreement, "app" and "we" mean [Squash Rewards], and "user" or "you" means users using the app.
We collect and store various data securely on our server (Squash Rewards) for purposes such as improving your user experience, account management or preventing abuse.
Collecting Data
You need a Google account to create an account on the app and sign in. When you log in with the account you specify, we store the information provided by the Google Login service on our server to ensure that only you can access your account in the application.
This information is your name, email address and profile photo, which is referred to as "Primary Account Information" and which is given by default to third party software using Google Login without requiring any extra permission. In addition, we keep the security key that the Google service automatically generates for your account on our server to prevent access to your account from other devices. We also keep the required device ID and Firebase security key on our server so that we can send notifications to your device.
If you have completed the SMS verification process, your phone number is stored on our server so that other users cannot verify with the same phone number. The SMS verification process is optional and you can opt out if you wish.

Third-party applications used in the application may collect information to identify you. You can access the privacy agreements of each third-party application from the links below. Data processing by processor
For the operation of our services we are partly dependent on third party suppliers (called processors). For these companies to be able to carry out their services, your data must be transferred to them. We have entered into a processing contract with these contract processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and they implement the strict requirements of the data protection authorities when using your data. We ensure that all third party service providers, who assist us in the provision of our services, comply with data protection law by this agreement and strict controls that your data will be treated according to our instructions and will not be disclosed to third parties. In addition, we take further measures to guarantee the protection and safety of your data. Data will only be processed outside the EEA if the service provider guarantees that we comply with the requirements of European data protection law.

Children’s Privacy
This application is designed for users over the age of 13 and if detected, the data of users under the age of 13 will be deleted from the server immediately (without reason given)
Privacy Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be changed by us from time to time, when your experience within the application changes or a new feature is introduced. We are obliged to notify you of these changes by email or SMS, and we will notify you of any possible changes.
