We will receive your artwork on Nov 7th 2:30 - 3:30 PM at the Side Door Studio. When facing The Old School House use the door on the ground floor on the right side of the building.
Please ensure that your artwork has the wiring placed 1/3 (4") down from the top of the canvas or framed image. Ensure the wire is taut so that the hanging mechanism won't show. Here is a guide for you from the FCA website.
You will be requested to choose a couple of shifts to attend to visitors during the show. Each shift is only 3 hours and you will have a member with you from the Side Door Studio to attend to sales. I have attached a copy of the schedule and we will ask you to bring your calendars with you when you deliver your artwork. If you have severe scheduling restrictions you may email me to put your name down in the shifts that work for you.
You will want to update your Bio. Make sure it is delivered to me (at the Side Door Studio). Find Bio instructions and templates at the bottom of the page: click here
