Mission Statement:

Our mission is to establish a family-like culture, incentivize an individual cadet’s success, and effectively utilize designated outfit time, in order to develop all class years, which in turn will motivate and aid a cadet’s effort to accomplish their own professional goals. Titans take it upon themselves to hold each other accountable, develop and mentor subordinates, ensure personal development, in order to stay true to the core of Titan 20. Members represent the outfit with utmost excellence, and strive to be motivated individuals who add impact, influence, and purpose behind all of their actions.
