This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between You ("User") and Signal Meter Development Team ("Licensor") for the use of the Signal Meter mobile application.
Signal Meter is a TECHNICAL ANALYSIS TOOL designed to assist users in identifying potential electromagnetic, network, or signal anomalies.
NO GUARANTEE: The Application DOES NOT guarantee the detection of all electronic devices. Detection depends on hardware sensitivity, environmental interference, and the specific technology of the external device.
DIAGNOSTIC TOOL ONLY: This application is intended for informational and diagnostic purposes only. Use of this application to interfere with or track individuals without their consent is strictly prohibited.
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Signal Meter on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Payments: Subscription payments will be charged to your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAILURE TO DETECT SPECIFIC HARDWARE OR SIGNAL ANOMALIES.
