**Spruha is a 100% offline application.**
- We **do not** collect, store, or transmit any personal information (such as your name, email address, or location) to any external servers.
- We **do not** use any third-party analytics or tracking tools (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics).
- We **do not** display advertisements and do not use any Ad-related SDKs.
## 2. Information Stored Locally
The App uses local storage (AsyncStorage) on your device to save:
- Your chanting progress (e.g., lifetime session counts and total chants).
- Your app settings (e.g., selected speed, selected bell sound, and custom count).
This data stays on your device and is never shared with us or any third party. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App's cache/data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
## 3. Permissions and Use of Data
To provide its features, the App requires the following permissions:
- **Audio/Storage Access (`READ_MEDIA_AUDIO` / `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`):** This is used solely to allow you to select and play your own custom MP3 files from your device. We do not "read" your files for any other purpose.
- **Foreground Service (`FOREGROUND_SERVICE`):** This is used to allow the mantra audio to continue playing when you minimize the app or lock your screen, ensuring your meditation practice is uninterrupted.
- **Wake Lock:** Used to keep the app active during your chanting session.
## 4. Third-Party Services
The App does not link to or interact with any third-party services, except for the default operating system features required to play audio.
## 5. Children's Privacy
Because we do not collect any personal data, the App is safe for use by individuals of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the app is offline, any changes will be reflected in this document within the app or on its listing page.
