Booking & Payment Policy
A valid card is required to be kept on file for all services.
Payment is processed after services are completed, unless otherwise noted.
By booking, you authorize Spruce & Soul to charge the card on file for services rendered, approved add-ons, and applicable fees.
Any attempts to dispute, block, or avoid payment for completed services may result in account suspension, collections, or further action as permitted by law.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a fee
