Organization Description: 

Project C.U.R.E. identifies, solicits, collects, sorts, and distributes medical supplies and services according to the imperative needs of the world. 

Primary Function: 

In their role as Operations Assistant, the intern will report directly to the Director of Operations and support this non-profit in day-to-day activities required to prepare cargo shipments of donated medical supplies. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of interns and volunteer crews 

• Updating and working with inventory data 

• Warehouse activity 

• Supervision of volunteer teams 

• Assisting and facilitating cargo loads 

• Note that Saturday hours are likely to be required. (9 AM - 3 PM)

• Interface with local donors of gift-in-kind product 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Candidates with concentrations in Supply Chain or Management well suited. 

Number of Positions: 3

Hours expected to work each week: 20
