The Social Policy Preferences Network (SPPN) is a group of scholars who research preferences, perceptions, public opinion and attitudes about inequality, redistribution, the welfare state, and social policies. We aim to share information about relevant publications, and facilitate collaborations across institutions and borders. The scope of represented research is broad in terms of geography, methods, and disciplines:
Geographic scope: from studies of single countries, regions, or cities to cross-national and global analyses;
Methodological scope: quantitative and qualitative empirical or theoretical studies;
Represented academic disciplines include but are not limited to: sociology, social policy, political science, political economy, and economics.
