If a user chooses to share information through another application installed on the device, Android may provide that information to the application selected by the user. Any information handled by that external application is subject to that application's own privacy practices.
SpotNest may provide backup and restore functionality.
When a user creates a backup, the selected app data may be saved to a location chosen or provided by the Android operating system.
Backup files remain under the user's control.
SpotNest does not automatically upload backup files to a ToolDynoApps server.
If a user manually transfers or stores a backup using another application, cloud storage provider, file manager, or external service, the handling of that file is governed by the privacy practices of the selected service.
SpotNest may allow users to share certain item information using Android's system sharing functionality.
Sharing occurs only after an action initiated by the user.
SpotNest does not automatically send saved item information to other people, companies, or services.
Once information is intentionally shared with another application, the receiving application's privacy policy and data practices may apply.

ToolDynoApps does not maintain a remote account database containing SpotNest item records.
Because SpotNest does not require user accounts and does not store user-created item information on a ToolDynoApps server, there is no remote user account that needs to be deleted.
Users can delete locally stored information directly from the app where supported or clear all application data through Android device settings.
Uninstalling the app generally removes locally stored application data, subject to Android system behavior and any backup files separately created by the user.
Any backup files stored outside the app must be deleted separately by the user from the location where they were saved.
SpotNest is designed to minimize unnecessary collection and transmission of user information by storing its core data locally.
Reasonable development practices are used to protect information handled by the app.
However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are encouraged to protect their device using appropriate security features such as a screen lock, PIN, password, or biometric authentication where available.
SpotNest is a general-purpose item organization application and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
The app does not require account registration or intentionally collect personal information from children through ToolDynoApps servers.
