TERMS OF USE (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of SportyAI (“Application”, “we”, “us”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Application

The Application provides:

• sports match information

• live statistics

• historical performance data

• AI-generated analytical insights

• an AI Chat assistant for follow-up questions about a match

• optional community features (public leaderboards, profiles, match predictions, and reactions)

You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. AI-Generated Content

AI analysis and AI chat responses are generated automatically and may contain:

• predictive errors

• incomplete information

• deviations from real match outcomes

AI content is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to rely on AI results for:

• betting or gambling

• financial decisions

• high-risk activities

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

The Application offers auto-renewing subscription plans (Premium, Pro, and Ultra) that unlock premium features and a daily allowance of AI analyses.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s billing terms, as outlined in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).

3.1 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings

We do not process or store credit card or payment information.

3.2 One-Time Purchases (Consumable Analyses)

The Application also offers one-time (consumable) purchases that add a fixed number of AI analyses to your account balance.

• These purchases are charged once and do not auto-renew.

• Purchased analyses are added on top of your plan’s allowance and remain available until used.

• Consumable analyses (“credits”) have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under Apple’s refund policies.

• Credits are linked to your anonymous account identifier and may be lost if app data tied to that identifier is permanently deleted.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• misuse the Application

• attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the software

• use the Application for any unlawful purpose

• exploit AI analysis for betting or gambling

• attempt to bypass, manipulate, or artificially increase usage limits or purchased credits

5. User-Generated and Public Content

If you create a public handle, your handle, avatar, prediction statistics, match predictions, and reactions may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend public access at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• inaccurate or incomplete match data

• AI prediction errors

• decisions users make based on content in the Application

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, UI designs, and AI-generated analysis remain the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of SportyAI.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SportyAI if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
