After all the research conducted for the essential question the best way to prevent injury would be to hold universal injury prevention meetings as a primary target, and secondarily to implement a sport specific injury prevention plan. Data shows that just by holding injury prevention meetings for all sports the injury rate drops by 40-60%. Having the secondary goal of making sport specific prevention plans is a more indepth plan against common injury. Here we would take the common injuries in a sport and have prevention plans for those injuries in the program. For example the Fifa 11+ is a dynamic warm up to prevent injury during play in soccer players. Promoting or inventing plans similar to this would make a substantial change.
