SportSmart Score (hereinafter referred to as "this App") is a professional intelligent scoring and match control system for various sports events (such as basketball, volleyball, five-a-side football, etc.), developed and operated by an independent developer. We fully recognize the importance of privacy protection for event records and related data, and always adhere to the core principles of "local data processing, no collection of irrelevant information, and strict protection of data security". All data generated during the use of the App, including event records, score settings, and personalized configurations, are processed and stored exclusively on your local device. There is no external upload, sharing, or commercial use of any kind, effectively safeguarding the information security and privacy rights of users and event organizers.

By using this App, you confirm that you have fully read, thoroughly understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Policy; if you have any objections to the content of this Policy, please do not download or use this App.

2. Clear Scope and Restrictions on Data Collection and Processing

(1) Necessary Data Processed and Retained Locally (No Upload or External Transmission)

To realize the core functions of event scoring and match control, the following data you actively generate or configure within the App will be processed and stored exclusively on the local device, with no background collection, upload, or external transmission behavior:

1. Event record data: Match-related information such as team names (customized by users), match quarters, countdown time, suspension times, foul records, scores (home and away teams), and foul types (customized by users);

2. Functional configuration data: Settings related to event operations, such as click scoring rules, the number of timeouts per quarter, timer duration, control switch status of modules (timer, quarters, timeouts, etc.), background color adjustments, and other personalized configurations;

3. Historical record data: Saved match records (including all scoring and event details) for review and statistics;

4. Screen projection auxiliary data: Temporary data generated during the screen projection process to realize real-time score synchronization, which will be automatically cleared after the screen projection ends and will not be retained permanently.

(2) Types of Information Absolutely Not Collected or Processed

To maximize privacy protection, this App does not collect or process any of the following types of information and has no hidden collection behavior:

1. Personal sensitive information: Such as name, phone number, email address, ID card number, address, or other information that can identify an individual;

2. Device and environmental information: Does not obtain device model, unique device identifiers (IDFA/IMEI), IP address, geographic location, network status, operating system version, device storage information, etc.;

3. Irrelevant behavior and content information: Does not count App usage frequency, function click records, page browsing trajectories, or other behavioral data; does not collect any content unrelated to event scoring and match control;

4. Event participant information: Does not collect personal information of players, referees, or spectators related to the event.

3. Rules for Local Data Processing and Management

3.1 Local Processing and Storage Methods

All data generated and processed by you within the App is completed locally on the device. The data is stored exclusively in the local storage space of your device (such as built-in device storage, authorized local file directories). No data will be uploaded to cloud servers, developer backends, or any third-party storage platforms. The entire process of data generation, editing, statistics, and deletion is completed locally, ensuring full control of data by users.

3.2 Data Management Rights and Operations

You have full management rights over all locally processed and stored data and can independently perform the following operations:

1. Entry and editing: Customize team names, set scoring rules and foul types, adjust timer duration, and modify other event-related configurations;

2. Viewing and reviewing: Check real-time match data, browse historical match records, and conduct event statistics and review;

3. Deletion and cleanup: Delete a single match record individually, or batch-clear all historical records. Deleted data will be completely removed from the device (it is recommended to back up important match records through the device's backup function before deletion);

4. Backup and migration: Back up the entire App data (including event records and configurations) through the device's built-in backup function (such as iCloud backup, local file backup), or migrate it between devices (relying on the device system's migration function).

3.3 Data Security Protection Measures

To ensure the security of locally processed and stored data, this App adopts the following targeted protective measures:

1. Does not request root access, jailbreak permissions, or any unauthorized access rights of the device, and does not read stored data from other apps on the device (such as contacts, text messages, photos unrelated to this App, etc.);

2. The storage of event records, configuration data, and other information adopts the secure storage mechanism built into the device system to prevent unauthorized access and tampering;

3. There are no background silent operations, and local data will not be copied, modified, or transmitted without your knowledge;

4. It is recommended that you set a device lock screen password, enable device encryption, and regularly update the device system to further improve the level of data security protection.

4. Strict Prohibition of Data Sharing and Disclosure

This App will never share, transfer, rent, or disclose your locally processed and stored data to third parties in any form. The specific rules are as follows:

1. Does not share data with any commercial entities such as advertisers, data analysis institutions, third-party developers, or sports event platforms;

3. To completely eliminate the possibility of third parties obtaining data, this App does not integrate any third-party components or services, including but not limited to:
