SpOdd is a mobile game developed and published by Cavestein Studio (“Cavestein Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information SpOdd collects or processes, why it is used, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and the choices available to players.
By using SpOdd, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the game.
SpOdd does not require you to create a traditional Cavestein Studio account using an email address and password. However, the game may automatically create or use an anonymous Unity player account and may allow it to be connected to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center.
Depending on how you use the game, the following information may be collected or processed.
This may include:
Level progress and completed challenges
High scores and leaderboard scores
Stamina, boosters, diamonds, and other in-game resources
Game settings and notification preferences
Daily-task progress
Remove Ads purchase status
Other information needed to save or restore gameplay progress
Some information is stored locally on your device. If cloud saving is available, selected progress information may also be stored using Unity Gaming Services Cloud Save.
Unity Gaming Services may process:
An anonymous Unity player identifier
A player display name
Leaderboard scores and rankings
Authentication or platform-linking information
A linked Google Play Games or Apple Game Center identifier, if you choose to connect one of those services
Platform providers may process additional information according to their own privacy policies.
Google Play or the Apple App Store processes purchases made in SpOdd. Cavestein Studio does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
We may receive and store information needed to confirm purchases and provide purchased features, such as:
Product purchased
Purchase status
Transaction or receipt information
Local Remove Ads entitlement status
SpOdd uses the Appodeal advertising and mediation platform to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.
Appodeal and participating advertising partners may collect or process information such as:
Advertising identifiers
Device and application identifiers
IP address
Approximate location derived from an IP address or device information
Device type, model, operating system, screen size, language, and time zone
Network and connection information
App bundle identifier and app version
Advertising impressions, clicks, completed videos, and other ad interactions
Session and diagnostic information
Consent and privacy-choice signals
Purchase history, if transmitted to an advertising provider
The advertising partners enabled through Appodeal may include AppLovin, BidMachine, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Unity Ads, and Vungle/Liftoff. The available partners may change when the advertising configuration is updated.
Appodeal provides more information about its practices at:
https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy/
Information about Appodeal SDK data disclosures is available at:
https://docs.appodeal.com/android/data-protection/app-privacy-details
If you allow notifications, SpOdd may process:

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
If you contact Cavestein Studio for support, we may receive:
Your email address
The contents of your message
App version and platform
Device model and operating-system version
Device language and country or region
Relevant progress or game-state information
A locally generated support identifier
Any screenshots, attachments, or additional information you choose to provide
Please do not send sensitive personal information in a support request.
SpOdd does not intentionally request access to or collect:
Precise GPS location
Contacts
Photos or personal files
Camera data
Microphone recordings
Health or fitness information
Full payment-card or bank-account details
Advertising or platform providers may independently process information described in their own privacy policies.
Information is used to:
Operate the game
Save, synchronize, and restore progress
Provide authentication and platform sign-in
Submit and display leaderboard scores
Process purchases and provide Remove Ads
Show and measure advertisements
Prevent fraud and advertising abuse
Remember consent and privacy choices
Send optional notifications
Respond to support requests
Diagnose crashes, errors, and compatibility problems
Maintain and improve game stability, functionality, and player experience
Comply with legal and platform requirements
Players who have not purchased Remove Ads may be shown banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.
If you purchase Remove Ads:
Banner advertisements are disabled.
Interstitial advertisements are disabled.
Rewarded advertisements may remain available when you voluntarily choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
Purchasing Remove Ads does not automatically delete information previously processed by advertising providers.
Where required by law, SpOdd displays a consent or privacy form provided through Appodeal’s consent-management system.
Depending on your location, you may be able to:
Accept or reject certain advertising purposes
Change a previous consent decision
Request non-personalized advertising where available
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
When required for your region, a Privacy/Consent option is available inside the game’s Daily Task/settings panel. Selecting it opens the available Appodeal privacy-options form.
You may also limit advertising tracking through your Android or iOS device privacy settings. Changing a privacy preference does not necessarily prevent all advertisements; it may cause less personalized advertisements to be shown.
Cavestein Studio does not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to advertising partners may nevertheless be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Eligible users can exercise the applicable opt-out choice through the Privacy/Consent option.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under the applicable platform’s terms and privacy policy:
Google:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Apple:
https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Deleting SpOdd does not automatically cancel subscriptions associated with an app-store account, although SpOdd does not currently describe any subscription product.
SpOdd uses Unity Gaming Services for features that may include:
Anonymous authentication
Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account linking
Player names
Leaderboards
Cloud saving
Unity may process player identifiers, authentication information, scores, game-progress information, device information, and service diagnostics.
Unity’s privacy policy is available at:

Some game information is stored locally using Unity PlayerPrefs or similar device storage. This may include progress, currency, stamina, settings, notification preferences, daily-task status, and purchase entitlement status.
Selected progress information may also be stored through Unity Gaming Services Cloud Save when the player is authenticated.
Clearing app data or uninstalling SpOdd may remove locally stored information. It may not delete information already stored by Unity Gaming Services, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, an app store, or an advertising provider.
Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate SpOdd, including:
Appodeal and its enabled advertising partners
Unity Technologies and Unity Gaming Services
Google Play and Google Play Games
Apple, the Apple App Store, and Apple Game Center
Email and support-service providers
Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Cavestein Studio, or the public
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information as part of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the game, subject to applicable law.
Locally stored game information remains on the device until it is overwritten, reset, cleared, or the game is uninstalled.
Cloud progress, authentication data, and leaderboard information may be retained while the associated player account remains active or as needed to provide the service.
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Purchase records may be retained as necessary to provide purchased content, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with accounting or legal requirements.
Advertising and platform providers determine their own retention periods as described in their respective privacy policies.
Where information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete or anonymize it unless retention is required by law, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Information held by Unity, Google, Apple, Appodeal, or advertising partners may need to be deleted through the relevant provider’s account or privacy controls. We may request deletion from a service provider where appropriate and technically possible.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or dispute resolution.
Cavestein Studio’s service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
