Statistical Process Monitoring (SPM) Lab.

About

Welcome to Statistical Process Monitoring (SPM) Lab. in the Department of Applied Statistics at Chung-Ang University.

With today's competitive automation environment, demands for efficiency, safety, and high productivity are continuously increasing. Thus, process monitoring is vital for maintaining the desired process performance. SPM aims to detect potential anomalies that can occur in a monitored process and identify their potential sources by using statistical procedures.

Recently, the research areas of increasing interest in SPM are as follows:

(1) Process Monitoring based on Statistical Learning (Machine and Deep Learning) Methods

(2) Social Network Monitoring

(3) Health-Related Monitoring : Healthcare Monitoring, Public-Health Surveillance, Syndromic Surveillance

(4) Multivariate Monitoring : Spatiotemporal Surveillance, Profile Monitoring, Multistage Monitoring

(5) Autocorrelated Data Monitoring
