Privacy Policy for Splitline

This Privacy Policy describes how Splitline ("we," "us," or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application, a training and race-preparation app for HYROX-style fitness racing.
Information We Collect
Training Data. Splitline is a local-first app. The information you enter (such as workouts, training plans, goals, station and run splits, race times, and related records) is stored directly on your device. We do not operate a backend server for this data, and it is not synced to or stored on our servers.
Subscription Information. If you purchase a subscription, purchase and entitlement data (such as subscription status, transaction identifiers, and an anonymous app user ID) is processed by RevenueCat to manage your subscription. Payment details themselves are handled by Apple's App Store and are never seen or stored by us.
We do not collect your name or email address, and Splitline does not require you to create an account. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
How We Use Your Information
Your training data is used only on your device to provide the app's features, such as tracking your progress and preparing you for race day. Subscription data is used solely to validate and manage your purchase.
How We Share Your Information
Training Data. Your workouts, splits, and goals stay on your device. We do not transmit them to our servers or to any third party.
Subscription Data. Shared with RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
Training data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed, or until you delete it within the app. If you delete the app, this data is removed along with it (unless you have an iCloud/device backup that includes it). Subscription data is retained by RevenueCat for as long as needed to manage your subscription.
Your Choices
You can delete your training data at any time by deleting entries within the app or uninstalling the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.
Children's Privacy
Splitline is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Since the app does not require an account and stores training data locally, it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
