Under this policy, holders of non-refundable tickets are also entitled to a refund.
The Spirit 24-hour cancellation policy allows the passenger to receive a refund with no deductions and no hidden charges.
After a risk-free period, the passenger must pay USD 90 to USD 110 as a cancellation fee in order to receive a refund.

Award Ticket Cancellation Fee
The passenger holding an award ticket does not have to pay for the cancellation if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
