Welcome to ShotRush ("we," "our," or "us"). ShotRush is a mobile application (the "App") that provides an adult card game experience for users aged 18 and over. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
ShotRush is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Nickname: When you create a player profile, you provide a nickname that is used to identify you in-game and in multiplayer sessions.
Game Preferences: Your game mode selections, room settings, and gameplay preferences.
Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases (coins, remove ads), we process transaction information through your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
Anonymous User ID: We use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous user identifier (UID) that is unique to your device. This does not contain personally identifiable information.
Game Data:
Your player profile data including coins balance, purchase status (ads removed flag), and timestamps (createdAt, updatedAt).
Room participation data including room codes you join or create, player lists, and game session information.
Content history data to prevent duplicate card content from appearing in your game sessions.
Game events and interactions within multiplayer rooms.
Device Information:
Device type (iOS or Android)
Operating system version
App version and usage data
Advertising Data: When you view advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), certain information may be collected by Google for advertising purposes, including device identifiers, advertising ID, and interaction data.
Firebase Services: We use Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) which may collect technical information about your device and usage patterns.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Google may collect information about your device and interests to show personalized advertisements. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
App Store Services: When you make in-app purchases, your payment information is processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and we receive confirmation of successful purchases only.

Local Storage: Some preferences may be stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

Player Profiles: We retain your player profile data (nickname, coins, timestamps) as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Game Rooms: Room data and content history are typically retained for the duration of the game session and may be periodically cleaned up after periods of inactivity.
Purchase Records: Purchase information is retained as required by law and for accounting purposes.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries, including the United States where Google's services are primarily located.
ShotRush is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately.
