This Privacy Policy explains how Spin Royale Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the mobile application Spin Royale Slots (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
Spin Royale Slots is a simulated slot-machine entertainment application for personal, non-commercial use.
Important points:
The App is for entertainment only.
The App does not offer real-money gambling.
Virtual coins and in-game rewards have no cash value.
Virtual coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for real money or real-world prizes.
There are no in-app purchases for real-money wagering.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information stored on your device (local data)
The App may store the following information locally on your device to provide gameplay features:
Virtual coin balance and related progress
Game settings (for example, sound / music preferences)
Age-gate confirmation status (18+)
Other local game progress needed to continue a session
This local data is stored on your device using the App’s local storage. In version 1, this information is not uploaded to our servers as part of a user account system.
2.2 Advertising ID (device advertising identifier)
On Android devices, the App may request permission to access the Advertising ID (AD_ID).
In the current version (v1):
The Advertising ID may be read on-device only
It is not transmitted to our servers
No third-party ad mediation SDK is shown or integrated for serving ads in v1
No AdMob SDK is included in v1
If a future version enables advertising or mediation, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, the Google Play Data safety form before those features go live.
2.3 Information we do not collect in version 1
In version 1, we do not intentionally collect:
Name, postal address, or government ID
Payment card or banking details
Precise GPS location
Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera content
Account login credentials (the App does not require account registration in v1)
Analytics events sent to Firebase, Adjust, or similar attribution platforms
Ad interaction / impression data from third-party ad networks (no ad SDK in v1)
2.4 Information collected automatically by Google Play / your device
Independent of our App code, Google Play and your device manufacturer may process certain technical information under their own policies (for example, app install source, crash reports you choose to share with Google, or device diagnostics). That processing is governed by Google’s and the device maker’s privacy policies, not solely by this document.
3. How We Use Information
We use information solely to:
Operate and maintain the App’s gameplay features
Save and restore your local progress and settings
Enforce age-related access (18+)
Prepare for possible future advertising features (AD_ID permission only in v1; no ads shown in v1)
Respond to support requests you send us by email
Comply with applicable law and Google Play policies
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal Bases (where applicable)
If you are located in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (for example, the EEA/UK), we rely on one or more of the following, as applicable:
Performance of a contract / provision of the service: to run the App and store local game progress you request by using the App
Legitimate interests: to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve stability of the App
Consent: where required (for example, certain advertising-related identifiers or optional communications)

5. Sharing of Information
In version 1, we do not share gameplay progress or Advertising ID with third-party analytics, attribution, or ad mediation providers, because those SDKs are not included.

We are required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
Disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or integrity of users, the App, or the public
We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

The App runs on Android and is distributed through Google Play. Google may process certain information under the Google Privacy Policy:

7. Data Retention
Local game data: retained on your device until you clear App data or uninstall the App.
Support emails: if you email us, we retain the content of your message only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and handle your request, unless a longer period is required by law.
Advertising ID: in v1, not retained on our servers (not transmitted).
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing.
Because most App data in v1 is stored only on your device, you can typically:
Clear App storage in Android Settings
Uninstall the App to remove local game data
Reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings (Google settings / Ads)

9. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the App. Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and up to date.
