Argoshift built the Spin Wheel Master app as a free-to-use, ad-supported application. This SERVICE is provided by Argoshift at no cost and is intended for use as-is.

Purpose of the App: SpinWheel Master is designed strictly for entertainment, casual gaming, and assisting users in making random decisions (such as deciding what to eat, movie choices, or party games).
No Liability for Misuse: The app includes customization options and a "Prank Mode" intended purely for lighthearted fun among friends. Argoshift shall not be held responsible, liable, or accountable for any misuse, diverted use, real-world consequences, disputes, bets, or outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the application. Users assume full personal responsibility for how they use the app and its features in any context.
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain information. However, Spin Wheel Master is designed with privacy at its core:
Local Data Storage: All your custom wheels, settings, prank configurations, and spin histories are stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database (Room). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any external servers owned by Argoshift.
Device Gallery Images: If you choose to use a custom image background for your wheel from your device’s photo gallery, the app accesses it locally via the native Photo Picker. These images are stored as local URI references and are never uploaded or shared.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Spin Wheel Master integrates Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.
Google AdMob & UMP: Google uses cookies and mobile advertising identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this app or other apps.
Consent Management (GDPR / UMP SDK): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, we utilize the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain your consent for personalized or non-personalized advertising before loading any ads. You can update your consent choices at any time within the app's settings.

The application requests only the minimum permissions necessary for its core functionality:
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to load advertisements via Google AdMob and verify consent status.
VIBRATE: Used to provide haptic feedback during wheel spins and interactions (can be disabled in settings).
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
