1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Spice Play: Couples Joy Games ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this App.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on your device, subject to these Terms.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers optional paid subscriptions (Spice Play Pro) on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment between consenting adults. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
6. Content
All content within the App is intended for consenting adults aged 18 and over. The content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. We do not encourage any non-consensual activity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sujan Anand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
