Spice Play: Couples Joy Games ("the App") is built with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data on any external server. Everything stays on your device.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any personally identifiable information. We do not collect the content of your interactions within the App, including names you enter, activities completed, or preferences saved. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use advertising or ad tracking of any kind.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
All app data — including partner names, game progress, completed challenges, saved desires, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can delete all data at any time using the Reset option inside the App, or by uninstalling the App.
4. In-App Purchases
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment transactions. You can review Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/privacy.
5. RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscription status. RevenueCat may collect a randomised anonymous device identifier to validate subscription entitlements. 6. Analytics and Tracking
We do not use any analytics tools, crash reporting services, or tracking SDKs. We do not track how you use the App.
7. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, these are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to or from any external server. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings or within the App.
8. Children's Privacy
This App is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed the App, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
