This Privacy Policy describes how Jamshid Mamatkulov ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Spendly mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Account information (optional). The App can be used without an account. If you choose to create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and an account identifier. We support email/password sign-in, Sign in with Google, and Sign in with Apple.

• Financial data you enter. Expenses, income, amounts, categories, budgets, recurring rules, notes, and similar information you add to track your finances.

b) Information collected automatically

• Usage and diagnostic data. We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the App is used and to detect and fix problems. This may include device type, operating system version, app version, in-app events (such as opening the paywall), and crash logs.

• Purchase information. When you buy a subscription, our payment provider processes the transaction and provides us with information about the subscription status (active, expired, etc.). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

c) Information we do not collect

• We do not sell your personal information.

• We do not have access to your payment card or banking login credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (storing and displaying your expenses and budgets);

• Sync your data across your devices when you are signed in;

• Process and manage subscriptions and entitlements;

• Diagnose problems, improve performance, and develop new features;

• Communicate with you about your account or support requests.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

• On your device. Your financial data is stored locally on your device so the App works offline.

• In the cloud (optional). If you sign in, your data is also stored and synced through our backend provider so it can be backed up and made available across your devices.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the third-party service providers listed above, to operate the App;

• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the receiving party agrees to honor this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and synced data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below). When you delete your account, we delete the associated data from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;

• Correct or update your data;

• Delete your data and/or your account;

• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

You can delete your locally stored data by removing your data within the App or uninstalling it. To request deletion of your account and cloud-stored data, contact us at the email below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
