SECRET MAGE PRIVACY POLICY

Secret Mage (contact: spellforgestudio@gmail.com) provides the following Android apps:
• Ball Sort Color Puzzle Games — com.sf.ball.sort.puzzle.game
• Block Puzzle Brick Game — com.sf.block.puzzle.game
• Water Sort Puzzle Color Game — com.sf.liquid.sort.puzzle
• Ludo Multiplayer Arena Game — com.sf.ludo.online.multiplayer.game2
This Privacy Policy explains how these apps collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. It applies to the apps listed above and their current Android integrations.
INFORMATION WE PROCESS
Depending on the app and how it is used, the apps and their service providers may process:
• Device and app information, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, network information, advertising identifiers, installation/referrer information, and IP-derived approximate location.
• App activity and advertising information, such as screen or feature interactions, session activity, ad requests, impressions, clicks, consent choices, and impression-value data.
• Diagnostics, such as crash reports, performance information, error logs, and related technical details.
• Ludo account and gameplay information only in Ludo Multiplayer Arena Game, including a generated player ID, display name/profile details, friends, game progress, virtual currency, match and multiplayer state, and optional email-based account credentials.
• Purchase information only in Ludo Multiplayer Arena Game, such as product identifiers, purchase status, and entitlements. Google Play processes payment-card and payment-account details; Secret Mage does not receive full payment details.
The apps do not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or broad device-storage access for these functions.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
• Operate app features, save progress, support multiplayer play, and provide purchases and entitlements where applicable.
• Provide, measure, and improve app reliability, compatibility, and user experience.
• Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
• Serve and measure advertising, manage consent choices, prevent invalid traffic and abuse, and understand advertising performance.
• Maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce applicable terms.
• Deliver remote app configuration through Firebase Remote Config. We use this as configuration infrastructure, not to build personalized user profiles.
SERVICES AND SHARING
We share information only as needed with service providers that process it for the purposes described above, or when required for legal, safety, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Current integrations are:
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) in all four apps for ads, consent, ad measurement, and related fraud prevention.
• Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config in all four apps for usage measurement, diagnostics, reliability, and configuration.
• Unity Analytics only in Block Puzzle Brick Game and Ludo Multiplayer Arena Game.
• Google Play Billing only in Ludo Multiplayer Arena Game for purchases and entitlements.
• Microsoft PlayFab only in Ludo Multiplayer Arena Game for account and player data.
• Photon only in Ludo Multiplayer Arena Game for multiplayer sessions and match data.
Google Play Games Services is not active in the current Ludo release and is not listed as a data-processing integration. No active Facebook or Apple Android SDK is used by these releases. We do not sell personal information.
CONSENT AND CHOICES
Where required, the apps present a consent message through Google UMP before requesting personalized advertising or related storage. Available choices depend on region and Google’s consent controls. Users may also reset or limit the device advertising identifier through Android settings. Some analytics collection is gated by consent, Firebase readiness, and verified Play installation where implemented.
RETENTION AND DELETION
We and our service providers retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing app functions, maintaining security, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type and provider. Data may remain temporarily in backups or in de-identified or aggregated form where permitted.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with a Secret Mage app, email spellforgestudio@gmail.com and identify the app and relevant account or player ID. Ludo users may use this address for deletion requests involving PlayFab account/player data. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records. Ad and analytics data controlled by Google, Unity, Microsoft PlayFab, or Photon may also be subject to those providers’ controls and policies.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
CHILDREN
These apps are intended for a general audience and are not configured as child-directed services. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information may contact spellforgestudio@gmail.com to request review or deletion.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Requests may be sent to spellforgestudio@gmail.com. Users may also have the right to contact their local data-protection authority.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards apply.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect app, service, or legal changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
