Speed Tap ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, usage, and disclosure for our offline mobile game application Speed Tap (Package Name: com.speedtap.game.speed_tap).
We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, location, IP address, or device identifiers.
Speed Tap is a 100% offline game. All game-related data is saved strictly on your local device using Android SharedPreferences. This local data includes:
High scores and mode records
Earned virtual coins (in-game currency)
Unlocked target skins, background themes, and tap particle effects
Game statistics (games played, targets hit, combo streaks, accuracy percentage)
Sound, background music, vibration, and graphics preferences
Offline achievement progress
This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any external server.
Speed Tap requires zero internet access. The application does not contain any network communication code, API endpoints, or web services. It functions completely without an active Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
Speed Tap does NOT integrate with any third-party services, including:
No Firebase / Google Analytics
No Ad Networks or Advertising Frameworks
No Cloud Databases or Authentication Providers
No Social Media SDKs
No Third-Party Tracking Technologies
Speed Tap is safe for users of all ages, including children. Because we do not collect any personal data or require an internet connection, our application is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Speed Tap requests minimal system permissions required strictly for core gameplay:
android.permission.VIBRATE: Used exclusively for haptic vibration feedback during target taps and combo streaks. You can disable vibration at any time in the in-game Settings menu.
No permissions for Camera, Microphone, Location, Contacts, Storage, or Phone State are requested.
Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data:
Reset In-Game: You can clear all saved scores, coins, and settings by clicking Reset Progress in the in-game Settings menu.
App Uninstall: Uninstalling the app from your device automatically permanently deletes all locally saved game files.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the application or repository.
