These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Speedometer app (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the App
The App is provided for general informational and speed estimation purposes only. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, the App does not guarantee precise or reliable results in all environments or conditions.
Speed & Location Disclaimer
The App may use your device’s GPS, motion sensors, and other data to estimate speed. This information may be affected by environmental factors, signal loss, device limitations, or interference, and should not be relied upon in situations where inaccurate data could lead to harm, injury, fines, or loss.
Subscriptions
The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscription plans (“Subscriptions”) that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices and subscription durations may vary and will be clearly displayed within the App before purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
User Responsibility
You agree to use the App at your own risk. You should not rely solely on the App for speed monitoring, driving decisions, or compliance with traffic laws.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including its design, features, and content, are owned by the App owner and are protected by applicable laws.
Modifications
The App and these Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
The App owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without liability.
