Welcome to Clear Wave: Speaker Fix & Test (also referred to as "Speaker Cleaner"). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
This application is designed to assist in removing water and dust from device speakers using sound frequencies and vibrations. While we strive for maximum efficacy, we do not guarantee the complete restoration of hardware that has sustained permanent physical or liquid damage. Use of this application is at your own risk.
You agree to use the application responsibly. You must not use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must follow the provided safety guidelines, including not holding the device close to your ears while high-frequency tones or maximum volume cleaning cycles are active.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developers and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our application offers an optional Premium subscription ("Clear Wave Premium") to unlock all features, including an ad-free experience, unlimited tests, and access to the DB Camera. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Durations: We offer auto-renewing subscription plans on a Monthly and Yearly basis.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes Account) at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will be clearly identified.
Managing Subscriptions: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
In no event shall the developers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application, or any hardware damage to your device.
Your use of the application is at your sole risk. The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
