Welcome to Clear Wave: Speaker Fix & Test (also referred to as "Speaker Cleaner"). Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.
Our application uses your device's hardware capabilities strictly for the functional purpose of removing water, dust, and debris. We execute these functions entirely locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, capture, or store audio recordings, background conversations, ambient noise, or any other microphone data to external servers or cloud repositories. We do not require account creation, and consequently, we do not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
To maximize the effectiveness of the speaker cleaning process, the app temporarily adjusts device system volume to optimal levels. All volume changes occur purely during active cleaning cycles and revert gracefully upon completion or termination. Audio, vibration, and haptic feedback permissions are requested strictly to fulfill the promised utility of the app. The microphone permission is used locally for the DB Meter functionality and is never transmitted off your device.
If you choose to purchase a premium subscription to remove ads and unlock features, payment is processed securely through your device's respective app store (Apple App Store).
We do not collect or store your credit card information.
We use a trusted third-party service (RevenueCat) to securely manage subscription entitlements and sync your premium status across devices.
RevenueCat collects anonymous App Store receipt data strictly necessary to validate your purchase and provide you with your premium access.
For free users, to support the development of the app, we integrate standardized third-party analytics, crash reporting services (Firebase), and advertising networks (Google AdMob).
These services may collect and use anonymized, non-identifiable usage data, device identifiers, and location data to provide personalized and non-personalized advertisements.
Premium users do not see advertisements and ad-tracking SDKs are suppressed where applicable.
You can manage your ad preferences or opt-out of personalized ads through your device settings or the app's internal privacy menu.
Because we do not transmit personal data, your privacy vulnerability is fundamentally minimized by design. We do not use tracking cookies, cross-device identifiers, or fingerprinting technologies to profile users, except as required by third-party advertising networks to serve relevant ads. Any locally stored preferences remain securely encrypted within the sandbox of your device and are immediately deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If you reside in regions covered by the CCPA or GDPR, you have the right to manage your ad privacy choices. You can opt-out of personalized advertising and manage your consent through the app's settings or your device's privacy controls. We do not 'sell' your personal information in the traditional sense, but third-party ad networks may collect data to serve ads.
