Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Speaker Cleaner ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
The App provides audio utilities including, among others, speaker cleaning tones, a tone generator, stereo channel testing, a sound-level meter, and a microphone test. The cleaning features work by playing specific sound frequencies through your device's speaker to help dislodge water and dust.
The App plays sounds, including low and high frequencies, that may be loud.
Protect your hearing. Keep the volume at a safe level and do not place the speaker directly against your ear during cleaning.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the cleaning feature will remove all water or debris, or that it will repair or prevent damage to your device.
You use the App at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage to your device, hearing, or property arising from use of the App.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. (Indicative pricing: Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and a one-time Lifetime option.)
Purchases are also subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it (except where permitted by law), or by using it for any unlawful purpose.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
