You have the opportunity to attend Drum lessons, Music Theory lessons, Music Technology lessons, each lesson type alone or together with the others, in accordance with the Lesson Schedule.
a) Annual Lessons. Lessons start in early September and end late June.
b) Summer Lessons. In July take place Summer Lessons, in which can take part anyone who already have attended the 2nd semester (Feb-Jun), but also those who are thinking to start lessons in September and want to get into a first, quick contact with the lesson or lessons that interest them.
a) Ranking for Beginners. Those who begin lesson attendance for the first time without previous experience, are ranked in the 1st Level Lessons.
b) Ranking for Advanced. Those who previously attended lessons related to the Lesson Schedule, are ranked in the corresponding Level or exempted from lesson sections they have been taught, after evaluation.
a) Levels 1-2 (1st Cycle) & Levels 3-4 (2nd Cycle). Lesson Levels 1-4 are basic. If your purpose is the basic education on Drums and Theory of Music, then you need to attend at least the first 4 Levels. Level lower than 4th, means lack of knowledge on the Basic Drum Techniques and Compulsory Music Theory.
b) Levels 5-6 (3rd Cycle) & Levels 7-8 (4th Cycle). Lesson Levels 5-8 have increased difficulty. At these levels continue those who want either more than basic knowledge, so they attend the 5th and 6th Lesson Level, or to complete the Main Study of Drums, so they attend the 7th and 8th Lesson Level.
There are 3 directions for the 3rd and 4th Cycle:
Full Schedule direction. Required to attend all lesson sections of the 3rd and 4th Cycle.
Modern Drumming direction. You can choose not to attend sections Fast Jazz and Solos.
Jazz and Solos direction. You can choose not to attend sections Double Pedal and Complex Time Signatures.
Precondition for the completion of the Main Study of Drums, is the complete attendance one of these three directions.
Drum Master Class. It is the stage after completion of the 8th level, where takes place the technical perfection to the Drums. Includes extremely difficult exercises and offers specialization in chapters "Independence" and "Harmony" of Drums.
Practical Exercise. At the end of each Lesson Level there is the opportunity of Practical Exercise and its record in digital format. This creates a set of work samples, which the participant in it, can use for personal promotion.
About Specific Lessons of the Lesson Schedule:
Rhythmic Analysis. For musicians of all instruments, aims to rhythmic perfection and includes Irregular Subdivisions, Compound and Mixed meters.
Track Creation. Lesson which aims at creating a music track in digital format, using Recording Software, applying the Music Theory.
