SparkLeap — Privacy Policy
The short version: SparkLeap collects nothing, sends nothing, and needs no account. What follows is the long version, because a policy that only says "we respect your privacy" is not a policy.
WHAT THE GAME STORES
SparkLeap keeps a single saved record on your device: your stars, sparks, badges, unlocked coin and arc finishes, the game's settings, and the name you type on your operator token. That record is written into the app's own storage on your iPhone or iPad using the system's standard local storage, and it is never copied anywhere else.
WHAT THE GAME DOES NOT COLLECT
No name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, device identifier, advertising identifier or IP address is collected, derived or inferred. The operator name is a label you choose for yourself; the game never treats it as an identity and never transmits it. No permissions are requested, because none are needed.
NO NETWORK, NO SERVERS
There is no server behind SparkLeap. Nothing is uploaded, downloaded, synced or backed up by the game, and the app makes no network requests while you play. Every level is built and proved solvable by a solver running on your own device, which is exactly why the game behaves identically with the network switched off.
NO THIRD PARTIES
The app bundles no analytics library, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter, no attribution framework and no social login. Nothing about your play is shared with, sold to, or profiled by anyone, because nothing about your play ever leaves the device.
CHILDREN
SparkLeap is a single-player logic puzzle suitable for all ages. It contains no chat, no user-generated content, no links out of the app, no advertising and no purchases. Because it collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children either.
DELETING YOUR DATA
Reset Progress, in the game's own settings, erases the saved record immediately and permanently — there is no copy elsewhere to recover it from. Deleting the app from your device removes the record as well.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Because the policy ships inside the app, any future version arrives with an app update, and the copy shown on the Privacy Policy screen is always the one in force for the version you are running.
