Security and privacy are at the heart of what we do. This Privacy Notice explains how Nova Rush ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our VPN application ("Nova Rush" or "services").

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover such collection, we will delete the associated data.
Nova Rush does not record your VPN browsing activities in any way that can be associated with you. We do not store what you browse, view, or do online via our VPN connection.
Data over our VPN connections is encrypted. We do not inspect or record the contents of your browsing.
Since we do not collect VPN browsing activities, even if compelled, there would be nothing to share.
Free version of Nova Rush is supported by ads. These ads are not personalized based on your VPN browsing activity.
Paid version contains no ads and sends no information to advertising partners.
Account information: Email address and password (if you create an account).
Transactional information: Billing address, subscription type, purchase dates, and amounts. Payment details are handled by third-party processors (Apple/Google).
Customer support information: Contact details and issue descriptions when you reach out.
IP address: Collected temporarily to connect you to VPN servers. We do not store your IP address.
Device information: Device model, operating system, app version.
Device hash: A random identifier that resets when you reinstall the app.
Advertising identifier: Collected only for free users (e.g., AAID or IDFA). You can disable this via Google or Apple device settings.
Usage data: Speed, latency, connection success rates, error reports, and feature usage. This does not include browsing history.
Referral information (if someone invited you).
Threat data from security partners to improve our services.
We use your information to:
Provide, maintain, and troubleshoot our VPN services.
Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Respond to customer support requests.
Improve app performance and user experience.
Serve relevant ads to free users (without using VPN browsing data).
Prevent fraud and abuse.
Comply with legal obligations.
Your IP address is used only to connect you to the best VPN server and is discarded after each session. It is never stored or linked to your browsing activity.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only in these cases:
Service providers: Payment processors, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer support platforms.
Advertising partners (free version only): Ad networks receive advertising identifiers and device information—never your VPN browsing activity.
Legal compliance: If required by law or valid legal process (excluding VPN browsing data, which we do not have).
Business transfer: If Nova Rush is acquired, your data may transfer to the new owner.
Free version users see ads from third-party ad networks. These networks may collect:
Advertising identifiers (AAID or IDFA)
IP address (approximate location)
Device model and OS version
App name where the ad appears
We do not share your VPN browsing activity with any advertiser.
You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Account settings or Apple device settings. You may still see non-personalized ads.
We use minimal tracking technologies:
SDKs from ad partners to serve ads in the free version.
Analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our app.
Most mobile devices allow you to manage cookie preferences in settings.
We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law.
Important: We do not store or retain any data about your VPN browsing activity.
If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
We may transfer your data to countries outside your residence for operational purposes. When we do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access and receive a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data
Opt out of marketing communications
Withdraw consent for processing
