I am a Leadership, Co-Active / Professional Coach and Learning Facilitator on a mission to spark courageous curiosity with play and humor. I help individuals, teams and leaders balance clarity with action. 

For over a couple of decades, I have been focused on coaching and growing individuals, teams and leaders. As an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I work with individuals, teams and leaders on getting clear on their values and goals, identifying their strengths and continue to build on them to achieve their goals while honoring their values and purpose. I also hold them accountable with compassion. I have worked with individuals, teams and leaders in small, medium and large organizations.
