### SparkMate User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

SparkMate is a platform for adult social connection (18+). To maintain a safe and positive environment, all users must adhere to the following UGC rules. By uploading photos or sending messages, you agree to this policy.
#### 1. Prohibited Content
You are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing content that includes:
* **Highly Offensive Content:** Including but not limited to hate speech, racial slurs, or content that promotes discrimination or violence.
* **Illegal Acts:** Promotion of drug use, human trafficking, or any other criminal activities.
* **Non-Consensual Sexual Content:** Including "revenge porn" or any imagery uploaded without the subject's consent.
* **CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material):** We have **ZERO TOLERANCE** for any content involving minors. Such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement immediately.
* **Spam & Scams:** Promoting commercial links, phishing, or fraudulent investment schemes.
#### 2. Moderation and Enforcement
To ensure compliance with Google Play’s safety standards, SparkMate employs the following:
* **Pre-Screening:** We use automated AI tools to scan uploaded photos for prohibited imagery (e.g., extreme violence or illegal content).
* **Human Review:** Our moderation team reviews flagged content 24/7.
* **Zero Tolerance:** Users who violate these terms will have their accounts **permanently banned** without a refund of any in-app purchases.
#### 3. User Reporting and Blocking Tools
We empower our community to self-moderate. The App provides:
* **Report Button:** Available on every user profile and chat interface. Users can report inappropriate content or behavior with one click.
* **Block Feature:** Users can block any other user instantly to prevent further interaction.
* **24-Hour Action:** We commit to reviewing and taking action on reported content within **24 hours**.
#### 4. Your Rights and Responsibilities
You retain the rights to the photos you upload, but by posting them, you grant SparkMate a license to host and display them for the purpose of providing the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
