## 1. Data Collection and Usage (Apple App Store Guidelines 5.1.1 & 5.1.2 Compliance)
To provide our core artificial intelligence design functionality, our Application must process your design requests. We strictly adhere to transparency regarding what data is collected, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
### A. What Data We Collect
- **User Inputs (Prompts):** We collect the text descriptions (prompts) and style preferences you manually type or select within the Application to generate 3D spa, massage, and wellness center designs.
- **Device Information:** We collect non-identifiable device metrics (such as OS version and device model) strictly for crash reporting and app optimization.
### B. How We Collect Data
Data is collected solely through your direct interaction with the Application. Text prompts and style selections are collected only when you explicitly tap the "Generate Design" button.
### C. Who Your Data is Sent To (Third-Party AI Services)
Because processing high-quality AI images requires massive computational power, the Application does not generate the images on your local device.
**When you tap "Generate", your text prompts and style selections are securely transmitted to our third-party Artificial Intelligence service providers, specifically:**
- **OpenAI, L.L.C.** (for prompt enhancement)
- **Replicate, Inc.** (for rendering the 3D images)
### D. Purpose of Data Sharing
We share your text prompts with these specific third parties **solely for the purpose of generating the AI architectural images you requested.** Your data is not used for any other purpose, such as marketing, advertising, or building user profiles.
### E. Equal Protection by Third Parties
We have verified that our third-party AI partners (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are legally bound to process your requests securely and do not use your inputs to identify you personally.
### F. Explicit User Consent
Before any data is transmitted to our third-party AI partners, the Application will explicitly ask for your consent via an in-app disclosure. By tapping the "Generate" button, you explicitly grant us permission to send your text prompts to OpenAI and Replicate for the sole purpose of image generation.
## 2. Photo Library Access (Local Device Only)
The Application may request permission to access your device's Photo Library.
- **What we do:** We only use this permission to **SAVE** the AI-generated spa designs directly to your local photo gallery when you tap the "Save" button.
- **What we DO NOT do:** The Application **DOES NOT** read, scan, upload, collect, or share your existing personal photos. Your personal photo library remains entirely private and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party AI services.
## 3. Subscriptions and Financial Data
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat (our subscription management provider).
- We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or direct billing details.
- RevenueCat receives anonymous transaction IDs to verify your subscription status and grant premium access.
## 4. Data Retention
We retain your generated images locally on your device unless you choose to delete them. The text prompts sent to our third-party AI providers are processed ephemerally for generation and are not stored permanently by us in a way that is linked to your personal identity.
## 5. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
## 6. Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
