Surya namaskar is like one man army.
Surya namaskar is one practice that is enough for the entire body.
Do it in morning with sun.
No need to push yourself too much if you are a beginner .
Gradually increase the number of times you perform this amazing routine in morning as you get more comfortable increase the number to 12 times in 3 months.
Surya namaskar includes 12 poses and when you complete all 12 poses then it is considered as one complete attempt.
First 2 weeks try 2 times daily.
Next 2 weeks try 4 times daily.
Next 2 weeks try 6 times daily.
Next 2 weeks try 8 times daily.
In 3 months try to reach it to 12 times but make sure not to make it to 12 if your technique is not correct.
Number of times is not important here , doing it properly and with right techniques and postures is the key.
