Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. They govern your use of the SpaceWise app (the "App"), provided by Varsha Patel ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App.
2. WHAT THE APP DOES
SpaceWise helps you find and manage photos, videos, screenshots and contacts on your device. It also lets you compress videos and keep files in an encrypted Private Space. Suggestions such as "duplicate", "similar", "blurry" or "best photo" are made automatically and may not always be accurate.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELETIONS AND CHANGES
• Nothing is deleted, merged or compressed without your confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing items before you confirm.
• Deleted photos and videos move to the "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app. iOS removes them permanently after about 30 days, or sooner if you empty the album.
• Merged or deleted contacts may not be recoverable unless you have a backup.
• Video compression reduces quality.
• We strongly recommend keeping a backup of your device (for example, iCloud or a computer) before cleaning.
We are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, contacts or other data caused by actions you confirm in the App.
4. PRIVATE SPACE
Files in Private Space are encrypted with a key that exists only on this device. They are not backed up or synced. If you delete the App, reset or lose your device, or move to a new device, these files are lost permanently. We cannot recover them. Keep your own copies of anything important.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
• SpaceWise offers optional paid upgrades ("SpaceWise Pro"): weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• All billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
• You can use "Restore Purchases" in the App to restore your purchases on another device signed in with the same Apple Account.
• We may change features, limits or prices. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for, and Apple will notify you as required.
6. FREE VERSION AND ADS
The free version has usage limits and shows ads from third parties, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites or apps they link to.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to try to bypass purchase or usage limits.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, code, name, logo and content, belongs to Varsha Patel and is protected by law. Your photos, videos and contacts remain yours. We claim no rights to them.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ACCURATE, OR THAT IT WILL FREE A PARTICULAR AMOUNT OF STORAGE.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, CONTACTS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, THAT ARISES FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you break these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Sections 3, 4 and 8 to 14 continue to apply after termination.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Navsari, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will show when they last changed. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
