This privacy policy applies to the Spaceville 3D app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by ViPoGames (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
The operating system you use on your mobile device.
The Application collects your device's location to help the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location for Geolocation Services (personalized content), Analytics (identifying trends), and Third-Party advertising optimization.
Local and Cloud Data Storage Your gameplay progress, in-game currency balances (Stardust and Dark Matter), and preferences are initially saved locally on your mobile device. If you use Google Play Games Services, the Application automatically backs up this save data to your personal Google Drive (Cloud Save) to enable cross-device synchronization and progress recovery. The Service Provider does not store your specific gameplay data on its own external servers. You can manage, disable, or delete your cloud saves directly through your Google Play Games account settings. Uninstalling the Application without cloud synchronization enabled will result in the permanent loss of locally stored information.
In-App Purchases The Application offers in-app purchases. All financial transactions are handled entirely by third-party platform providers (Google Play Services). The Service Provider does not collect or have access to your financial information.
Third Party Access The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Below are the links to the service providers used:
Google Play Services
AdMob
Unity
GameAnalytics
Children The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at vitekx1991x@gmail.com.
Contact Us If you have any questions regarding privacy, please contact: vitekx1991x@gmail.com.
Upon downloading or utilizing Spaceville 3D, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms.
Intellectual Property Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of ViPoGames.
Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases The Application includes virtual currencies ("Dark Matter" and "Stardust"). You acknowledge that these virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Google Play policies.
Game Progress and Cloud Saves The Application supports cloud saving via Google Play Games Services. However, the Service Provider is not responsible for any lost progress, deleted saves, overwritten cloud data, or lost virtual purchases due to uninstallation, clearing data, syncing errors, or factory resets.
Acceptable Use and Fair Play You are strictly prohibited from using cheats, exploits, or tampering with the device's system time to manipulate game mechanics (such as booster factory timers). The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict access if such activity is detected.
Limitation of Liability The Application is provided "AS IS". The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, experienced as a result of relying on the functionality of the application.
