Ship Endeavor and Booster 1 lifted off on November 25th, 2023. The vehicle broke apart and the booster was severely damaged after the launch. A Mishap investigation has been lead by SpaceTech and has been finished. They can now launch Booster 3-Ship Perseverance, and launch booster 5

1: Fix connection between ship and booster

2: Add a more powerful ejection charge

3: Increase pad suppression system by 50%

4: Increase connection from rocket to launch lug.

5: Make engine mount straighter on B1
