Seraf P&C ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application Space X.Crash (the "App").

1. Nature of the Application (Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases)

Space X.Crash is a gaming simulation app designed strictly for entertainment purposes.

The App uses virtual currency, simulated bets, and fictional rewards only.

No real-money gambling: Users cannot win, withdraw, cash out, or convert any virtual items or currency into real money or real-world value under any circumstances.

In-App Purchases: The App offers optional In-App Purchases through Google Play Billing. These purchases allow users to acquire virtual items or in-game currency. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App.

2. Information We Collect

a) Personal Information

We do not directly collect or store personally identifiable information such as your real name, physical address, email address (except if you contact us), or phone number.

b) In-App Purchases & Payment Information

All financial transactions are processed securely and exclusively by Google Play Billing.

Seraf P&C does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, banking information, or Google account credentials.

Google only provides us with transaction confirmation/receipt tokens necessary to deliver the purchased virtual items.

c) Local Storage Data

To save your progress, the App stores data locally on your device (via local storage/cache). This may include:

Virtual balance, daily rewards, purchased virtual items, and unlocked achievements

Game preferences (language, sound, theme, etc.)

This data remains on your device and is deleted if you clear the App’s data/cache or uninstall the App.

d) Non-Personal & Technical Information

We and our third-party service providers may automatically collect limited non-personal technical data, including:

Device type, model, and screen resolution

Operating system version

App performance data, crash logs, and purchase verification logs

Advertising Identifier (GAID / IDFA) when ads are displayed

3. Third-Party Services

Space X.Crash integrates the following third-party services:

Google Play Billing – for secure in-app purchases

Google AdMob (and/or Kodular Ads) – for displaying banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements

These providers may collect non-personal data such as:

Unique Advertising Identifier (GAID / IDFA)

Monitor app stability, fix bugs, and improve performance

Ensure the integrity of the game mechanics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Children’s Privacy

Space X.Crash is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

Local data: You can delete all local game data at any time by clearing the App’s cache/data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

In-app purchases: Purchase history and payment methods are managed exclusively through your Google Play account.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or object to certain processing of your personal data, where applicable).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
