1. Membership Eligibility Membership in the Red Star Loyalty Programme is open to all individual passengers who are at least 18 years of age (or minors registered with parental/guardian consent). Corporations, travel agencies, and legal entities are strictly excluded from holding membership accounts.
2. Enrollment and Account Management Registration is entirely free of charge. Applicants must provide accurate, verifiable personal information matching their official travel documents. Each member is permitted to hold only one active account; duplicate accounts are subject to immediate termination, and accumulated mileage will be forfeited to the collective pool.
3. Earning Miles and Tier Credits Miles and qualifying tier segments are accrued solely based on completed flights operated by Sovietskyie Aviyalini or designated partner carriers within Russia and the CIS. Members must quote their Red Star identification number at the time of booking or check-in. Retroactive mileage claims must be submitted within six months of the flight date.
4. Tier Status Evaluation and Validity All tier levels (Silver Star, Gold Star, and Red Star Premier) are evaluated annually on a calendar-year basis. Once a tier quota is met, status remains valid for the remainder of the current calendar year and the entire subsequent year. If a member fails to meet the renewal quota during the evaluation period, their status reverts to the baseline tier.
5. Reward Redemptions and Transferability Accumulated miles may be redeemed for award flights, cabin upgrades, and baggage waivers as published in the current reward catalog. Miles and tier benefits are strictly non-transferable, cannot be bartered, sold, or assigned to other individuals, and hold no cash value.
6. Program Modification and Termination Sovietskyie Aviyalini reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Red Star Loyalty Programme, individual tier structures, or these terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice. Abuse of program privileges, fraudulent activity, or violation of the Conditions of Carriage will result in immediate expulsion from the programme and the revocation of all accrued miles and tier benefits
