南部TRPG推廣會向「Wee威易聯合辦公室」租借場地舉辦活動，參加者在室內移動時務必注意自身安全，防止跌倒與受傷。 

場地空間內允許飲食，但如果弄髒租借場地，需支付清潔費用。活動期間不禁止攝影，但對人拍照之前請確認你已取得對方同意。 

所有報名參加推廣活動的人，不論玩家、主持人、工作人員、陪伴同行者，都請遵守本活動規範。 

1.活動參與者的所有行為皆需遵守法律，若有類似偷竊、傷害他人或破壞場地的行為發生，主辦單位將取消參加活動的權利。 

傷害他人：傷害他人的行為並不限於肉體上的傷害，任何以不當言語騷擾、羞辱、恐嚇、謾罵他人的行為都算在內，例如：涉及性別、年齡、外表、殘疾、種族方面的歧視言論；嚴重性暗示的騷擾話語；不妥當的身體接觸；暴力攻擊行為致使他人受傷，等等。 

若有參與者做出疑似上列的行為，遊戲主持人或工作人員將制止並提出警告，履勸不聽者，立即報警驅離。 

2.在活動過程中，主持人有維持遊戲秩序的權限，在遊戲過程中如有規則上的爭執，以主持人裁決為主，主持人也擁有要求過度干擾遊戲進行的玩家立刻離開遊戲桌的權限。 

3.活動參與者若在遊戲過程中感到身體不適，或覺得自己遭到他人騷擾，感到不安全時，請立刻通知工作人員，或請在場的其他人提供協助。 

工作人員當天會清楚可辨識的衣服和名牌，並在場地旁邊待命。 

4.如果你在遊戲的過程中感到被冒犯、被歧視、被騷擾，但又不想以本人的名義提出檢舉與抗議，你可以選擇以比較隱私或匿名的方式提出意見，以下提供三種方式：

The Southern TRPG Promotion Association has rented the venue from Weeasy Coworking Space to hold an event. Participants are kindly advised to be mindful of their safety while moving indoors to prevent falls and injuries.

While food consumption is permitted within the premises, participants are required to cover cleaning costs if the rental space becomes soiled. Photography during the event is allowed, yet prior consent from individuals being photographed is imperative. 

All individuals who have registered to participate in the promotional activities, including players, masters, staff, and accompanying companions, are kindly requested to adhere to the regulations outlined in this document.

1. All behaviors of event participants must conform to legal standards. Actions such as theft, causing harm to others, or damaging the venue will result in the organizers revoking the right to participate in the event.

Causing harm to others encompasses more than just physical harm and includes inappropriate verbal harassment, humiliation, intimidation, or derogatory language directed towards others. This includes discriminatory comments based on gender, age, appearance, disabilities, and ethnicity; harassment involving suggestive language with severe implications; inappropriate physical contact; acts of violence resulting in injury to others, and more.

If any participant engages in behavior resembling those listed above, game masters or staff members will intervene, issue warnings, and, if necessary, promptly involve the authorities by alerting law enforcement.

2. During the event, the master holds the authority to maintain gaming order. In case of disputes concerning rules during gameplay, the decision of the master shall be final. Furthermore, the master possesses the right to require players who excessively disrupt the gaming process to immediately vacate the gaming table.

3. If participants experience physical discomfort or feel harassed or unsafe during the gameplay, they are encouraged to promptly notify staff or seek assistance from others present. On-site staff will be identifiable by wearing red tops and blue pants.

4. If you feel offended, discriminated against, or harassed during the game but wish to raise concerns anonymously, you have three options:

First, you may send an SMS with the content "SOS + table number" to 0921-525-056, and staff will promptly approach your area to halt the game and assess the situation.

Alternatively, you can anonymously call the Southern TRPG Promotion Association staff at 0921-525-056 by dialing #31# from a safe location, such as a restroom, to conceal your phone number. We will dispatch assistance as soon as possible.

If the situation is urgent, please use make a call or send SMS to notify us.

If reporting after the event concludes, please provide details, including your contact information, the incident, location, and time.

Your personal information will solely be used to contact you, and the content you provide will only be accessible to event organizers and used for the purpose of understanding the circumstances and implementing necessary measures.

The Southern TRPG Promotion Association will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless you personally wish to address disputes through legal channels, at which point we will provide necessary information to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

Ownership of all your personal information remains with you, and you can request its deletion at any time.

The Southern TRPG Promotion Association respects the diversity of cultures and agrees that respect, friendliness, and inclusiveness are paramount principles in tabletop role-playing games. However, due to the nature of storylines, some discomforting situations or scenes may arise in the game. If these situations make players uncomfortable, they are encouraged to inform the game master and immediately leave their seats. We understand and respect all players who approach the game with compassion.

This code of conduct may have its limitations and shortcomings, and we appreciate any constructive feedback from participants.
