As a PTO Classroom Ambassador you will:
Share PTO information and event updates with your classroom
Encourage families to get involved and participate in PTO events, fundraisers, and school activities
Collect questions and feedback from parents
Help spread the word about volunteer opportunities
Maintain a positive and respectful classroom communication group (such as GroupMe) if one is established
Attend 2-3 virtual check-ins throughout the year
Time commitment:
Most ambassadors spend approximately 15-30 minutes per week primarily sharing information and helping connect families with the PTO.
