About Teresa

I started as a Recruiter in 1997 after I graduated York University...full transparency? I wanted to be an artist. That's right, Michelangelo was my hero. I graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Art, double major in Sociology. It was the Sociology that ignited my passion for how people interact. When I landed in HR. I knew I found my home.

In my 20+ years working for staffing and search firms to HR in a global company, I have placed thousands of candidates at all levels from Temps in the top-teir banks to Executives in global companies. I have coached and trained many on how to present their experience in the best way to land more interviews, more offers in a career they dream off. I have seen first hand how achieving career goals impacts people, their families and their life. It's not just about changing your job, it is about changing your life!
