Mr. Sourabh Ghosh received his B. Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VIT University, Vellore, India, in 2017, and the M. Tech. degree in Power Electronics and Drives from the National Institute of Technology Delhi, India, in 2019. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India as a Senior Research Fellow, after gaining a year-long industrial experience in steel manufacturing industry. He was a Guest Ph.D. student with the Department of Wind and Energy Systems at Technical University of Denmark (DTU) with the support of the Ministry of Education, Government of India under the Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration with the project titled “E-Mobility: An Electricity Grid Perspective”. He received the IEEE HTA Impact Congress Travel Grant in 2023, and the IEEE SMC Academia-Industry Summer School Travel Grant in 2024. His research interests include grid-feeding converter control, power management schemes in microgrids, electric vehicle charge scheduling, and system configuration. He is actively involved in IEEE as a volunteer and Graduate Student Member. He received the “Outstanding Section Student Volunteer Award” for 2024 from the IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section and currently holds the position of “Section Student Representative” in the Executive Committee for the IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section.
