This privacy policy applies to the SoundParty app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by [Your Name/Developer Name] (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free app with an optional In-App Purchase. This service is provided "AS IS".
For a better experience while using our Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained on your device and is not collected by the Service Provider in any way.

SoundParty requires access to your device's audio and microphone permissions to function correctly. Please note: This permission is used strictly for the real-time audio synchronization engine to process local music playback across your local Wi-Fi network or Hotspot.
No audio or voice data is ever recorded.
No audio or voice data is ever stored on your device.
No audio or voice data is ever transmitted to the internet or any external servers.
The Application requires access to your local network and Wi-Fi state to discover, connect to, and stream local audio packets to other devices running SoundParty on the same local network. This connection happens entirely device-to-device (peer-to-peer). The Service Provider does not monitor, track, or collect this local network data.
Whenever you use the Application, in a case of an error in the app, the Service Provider may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
The Application offers an optional "Pro" upgrade via Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not collect, process, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Google account details. All transactions are securely handled entirely by Google Play.
The Service Provider values your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee its absolute security.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that necessary actions will be taken.
The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
