Microphone Access
Decibel requires access to your device's microphone solely to measure ambient noise levels in real time. Audio data is never recorded, stored, or
transmitted. Only the calculated decibel value is processed and displayed on screen.
Measurement Session Data
When you save a measurement session, the following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Date and time of measurement
- Duration
- Minimum, average, and maximum decibel values
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
This app displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
- General location (country/region)
- Device information (model, OS version)
- App interaction data
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you will be asked for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You may withdraw or
