Soully - User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Soully ("we," "us," or "our") provides a social platform designed for meaningful connections. To maintain a safe and respectful community, all users must adhere to this User Generated Content (UGC) Policy. By using the Soully mobile application, you agree to these terms.

1. Zero-Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Soully has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate. We do not allow the platform to be used for harassment, exploitation, or illegal activities.

2. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or sharing any content that falls into the following categories:

Sexually Explicit Content: Nudity, pornographic material, or content promoting sexual services/escorting.

Violence and Self-Harm: Depictions of physical violence, promotion of self-injury, or threats to public safety.

Hate Speech: Content that incites hatred or promotes discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.

Harassment and Bullying: Targeted abuse, stalking, or content intended to humiliate or defame others.

Illegal Acts: Promotion of drug use, illegal weapons, or fraudulent schemes.

3. User Protection Tools

To ensure user safety, Soully provides built-in tools that are accessible to all users:

Reporting: Every piece of content and user profile includes a "Report" or "Flag" feature. Users are encouraged to report any violation of this policy.

Blocking: Users can "Block" any other user at any time. Once blocked, the blocked user can no longer contact you or view your profile.

4. Moderation and Removal

24-Hour Action: Our moderation team reviews all reported content. Any content found to be in violation of this policy will be removed within 24 hours.

Human & Automated Review: We utilize both automated filters and human moderators to monitor the community.

5. Enforcement and Penalties

Failure to comply with this UGC Policy will result in immediate action, including:

Immediate deletion of the offending content.

Temporary suspension of account privileges.

Permanent ban and device-level blocking for severe or repeat offenders.
